To make well-informed decisions, thousands of documents are processed by hundreds of employees every day. The fragmented access to information across several documents and data sources makes locating specific details more difficult, and as a result, employees spend significant time searching, reading and cross-checking information instead of making decisions.

 

The client's main goal was to reduce information retrieval time and allow access to both internal and public documents to provide the answers the employees need.

Solution: Q&A over unified data sources

We created a custom AI assistant that is capable of searching and retrieving relevant information across multiple data sources to respond to a user's question. We prioritized information accuracy and response latency by leveraging Azure AI Services to deliver precise, context-based answers while minimizing the need for human intervention. To ensure efficient resource management and support future growth, we implemented continuous tracking and monitoring of performance, cost efficiency, and service scalability.
