Lucerne-based Löwenfels Partner AG joins the ELCA Group to broaden its offering in social security and healthcare in Switzerland
Pully/Lucerne, November 4, 2026
ELCA, a leading provider of core IT services including AI, cybersecurity and cloud, today announced that Löwenfels Partner AG, an independent IT service and product provider, has become a new member of its group.
Founded in 1986, Löwenfels Partner AG has built a strong reputation for delivering custom-made software, product management and integration for private clients and public administration organizations. Its current offering will directly benefit from the additional engineering, advisory, cybersecurity and managed services provided by ELCA.
Both companies have long-standing relationships in public administration, social security and healthcare, and their market presence and offerings are highly complementary. By joining forces in a spirit of continuity, they will create exciting opportunities for their respective clients, partners and colleagues.
The Lucerne-based company’s strong legacy and reputation in social security, health cost control and EFAS-related services will further strengthen ELCA’s momentum in social security and healthcare. ELCA is already active in these fields through Neosis’ iPension suite for social security and Sumex’s portfolio of ERP and claims management solutions for the Swiss healthcare sector.
“This acquisition is highly complementary and represents a major step forward in our intention to support the enhancement of social security and healthcare services throughout Switzerland,” said Cédric Moret, CEO of ELCA Group.
“In the ELCA Group, we have found a team that shares our commitment to operational excellence, technical depth and exceptional customer care. Together, we are uniquely positioned to address the evolving IT and security challenges our customers face today,” said Oliver Meyer, CEO of Löwenfels Partner AG.
“Joining forces with Löwenfels Partner AG allows us to provide clients with access to an even broader offering, e.g., cybersecurity services and products and managed IT services, which are becoming increasingly important,” said Christoph Stettler, General Manager of Neosis.
For clients of both organizations, day-to-day operations will continue unchanged, as the brands, offices and teams of Löwenfels Partner AG and Neosis remain separate.
