Global programs like “Team for the Planet” are coordinated centrally, while subsidiaries lead local efforts, fostering employee ownership and community engagement.
The ELCA Group’s Sustainability Report 2024 offers a comprehensive overview of our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, reflecting the values and actions of over 2,300 employees across five continents. This year’s report emphasizes two focal points: the ELCA Group Materiality Assessment, which identifies strategic priorities through internal and external analysis as well as the reporting of concrete actions and results in 2024.
