In December 2019, the TPG (Geneva Public Transport) set itself the goal of making its website more customer friendly. The search for information should become less complicated and the website easier to use. Thus, customers’ needs are clearly in focus.
For this project, TPG chose ELCA as its partner – whereupon we accepted this challenge. The result: the renewed, streamlined design now enables users to handle the site smoothly and optimizes route search. Thanks to the integrated interactive map, the application is now also useable for visually impaired or blind people. TPG wants to continue to improve - to meet the needs of all TPG users.
In 2021, we’ll be further pursuing our collaboration with an ambitious roadmap.
