Being independently Swiss by nature, we are also close to our clients. We have teams in offices across Switzerland (Basel, Bern, Geneva, Lausanne, Rapperswil & Zürich).

The Leadership Team
Nadine Tschichold leads our Public Sector & Professional Services practices. She is committed to driving innovation and digital transformation within the public sector in Switzerland, covering the federal government, cantons and municipalities. Nadine joined ELCA in 2014 and has since been leading countless consulting mandates with public sector focus.
Prior to joining ELCA, Nadine led the build-up of the project management office at MeteoSwiss, where he guided and managed numerous projects, including cross-organizational projects in collaboration with various federal offices. Nadine started her professional career in a large consulting company after her masters in Computer Science and a PhD in Neural Networks and AI, both at ETH Zürich.
Kai-Nicholas Kunze leads our Financial Services Advisory practice, focusing on clients in Banking, Insurance and Asset Management. With his team, he is committed to driving innovation and digital transformation in these sectors.
Prior to joining ELCA Advisory, Kai amassed over two decades of experience in various industry leadership roles, encompassing product management, underwriting, and distribution at a major European insurance group – and later held the position of Senior Manager in Insurance at a leading multinational consulting and strategy firm.
Sébastien Vaury leads our Business Technology Transformation practice. He is a digital and IT leader with deep experience in information systems management and a long track record in developing and delivering digital and IT strategies, IT operating models, and digital transformation (digital Strategy / e-commerce/ AI automation/ operating model design).
Sébastien is particularly passionate about business reinvention through technology for multiple sectors, such as Retail, Fashion & Luxury, Consumer Products, Utilities. Prior to joining ELCA Advisory, Sébastien led teams and build practices at major European IT services and IT excellence & digital transformation consulting firms.
Andy Holley leads ELCA Advisory. He has 25 years of global experience architecting and leading strategic organizational transformation - including digital transformation, operating model transformation, growth acceleration and business scale-up, performance turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions. He is particularly focused on balancing organizational performance & health, with passion for building modern organizations and making organizations fit for the digital age, and a particular focus on developing leaders and leadership teams.
Andy joined ELCA Advisory in 2023 after a global career (Asia, Europe, US) across three major global strategy and management consulting firms.
