Tixngo.io : Senior Professional Services Manager / Lead
In this role
- Responsible to deliver “on time, on quality, on budget” multiple tixngo projects, particularly two tier 2 global sport tournament organization and multiple tier 1 premiere league clubs in Europe to start with.
- Responsible for the major project delivery on time, on quality on budget and client satisfaction.
Business Development/Growth Support
- Support sales team for the development of proposals, pre-sales and closing of new accounts
Planning & Operations
- Ensure regular governance (weekly/monthly, quarterly) established for both internal/external stakeholders.
- Develop and expand the tixngo professional services team and customer support team and processes to accommodate the growth
- Travel : 20-40% on average.
- The position is based in Lausanne

About your profile
- Delivery experience: Strong experience in delivering event and sports technology related projects in Ticketing, CRM or marketing.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Problem solving, risk management.
- Interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to handle stress and critical operational situations in a calm and controlled manner.
- Languages: English (fluent), Spanish, French or German a strong plus (intermediate)
- 10-15+ years relevant experience.
- 5+ years of project delivery experience in fast pace environment.
