Welcome & Introduction
A management message from the ELCA Group Executive Board and the IIM Business Line provides insight into an intensive year marked by important milestones. For Docucom, a comprehensive refactoring has been completed - a necessary step that came with challenges but now establishes a stable, future‑ready foundation.
At the same time, eDossier has made significant progress through new customers, projects, and demanding use cases, proving its strength as a mature and highly configurable solution. With topics such as Swiss Sovereign AI and “Chat with My Case,” we are well prepared for the future.
Digital Overload, Analog Hangover

Long before AI became part of our daily lives, decision-makers have sought to improve inefficient processes and organizational shortcomings by acquiring new software. Once the new tool is implemented, the analog hangover begins: users invest a great deal of energy in avoiding the new solution, and at every opportunity emphasize how much better the old application supposedly was. In our project, we attempt to at least transform this analog hangover into a mild aftereffect.
