Enterprise software has always held sensitive data. AI is different: it needs to read across contracts, patient records, source code, and conversations, and increasingly act on them through connected systems. The better an AI can see, the better it answers.
An AI platform connects AI to your organization’s systems and data: one place to chat, automate, and act.
Where your AI runs is therefore not a compliance checkbox, but a real architecture decision.
Why AI raises the sovereignty question differently.
Your most sensitive data, plus the intent behind it.
Classic cloud workloads process data you have already decided to externalize. AI goes further: retrieval grounds answers in your own documents, while agents access live systems to act. Prompts are sensitive too, revealing what your organization is working on, negotiating, or concerned about. Logging, retention, and training on customer data remain common across AI services.
Jurisdiction follows the provider, not only the data.
Data residency alone does not settle the question. A provider whose parent company sits under foreign jurisdiction can be compelled by that jurisdiction, wherever the servers stand. For organizations under nFADP, GDPR, FINMA outsourcing requirements, or professional secrecy obligations, the provider’s own legal position is part of the risk assessment.
Continuity is an architecture decision.
Production AI is tuned to specific models: prompts, evaluations, guardrails, and agent behavior are built around them. If a provider reprices, deprecates a model, restricts capacity, or faces export restrictions, it becomes a business continuity issue, not just a procurement inconvenience. Continuity, hosting jurisdiction, and vendor independence therefore belong alongside performance in an AI strategy.
How we help
Captures the value of AI without carrying the operational weight.
Open-weight models have closed the gap with the leading proprietary ones, so running AI under your own jurisdiction no longer costs you capability. What it takes instead is the full stack underneath: GPU compute, model serving, and the platform layer that puts those models to work safely inside a business.
That is what we provide, end to end: EveryWare, an ELCA Group company, operates a sovereign AI cloud in Swiss datacenters that spans the whole range. Your data, your prompts, and your outputs stay in Switzerland, under Swiss law, in a shared or dedicated environment, or on premises where your requirements demand it. Public cloud isn’t excluded: where a workload or customer requires it, we deploy there too, standalone or hybrid with sovereign infrastructure.

One sovereign AI stack, three pillars.
Each of our AI services is a managed offering addressing distinct needs. The three pillars stack, so you can begin where your organization is today and add the next level when you are ready. The infrastructure, models, and operations underneath stay the same. Each pillar may be entered on its own, at different scale, and with or without long-term commitment.
AI Infrastructure: GPU as a Service
High-performance GPUs on the Swiss Sovereign Cloud. Ready-to-use NVIDIA Tensor Core GPUs of different sizes, in our Swiss Open Cloud based on OpenStack. Use it for custom model training and fine-tuning, high-performance inference for self-managed models, or research, experimentation, and proofs of concept. No hardware to procure. Self-service, on demand with no upfront commitment or pre-committed.
AI Inference: Model as a Service
Direct API access to open-weight large language models. Through a Swiss-sovereign shared LLM gateway. OpenAI-compatible, covering chat, reasoning, coding, multimodal, embedding, reranking, OCR, vision language, and speech. Token-based pricing with configurable monthly budget and free starter plan. No prompt or response logging by default and no training on your data. Optionally, public LLMs without sovereignty controls may be interfaced as well.
AI Chat, Agents & Development: Managed AI Platform
Full dedicated toolset for putting AI in front of your users. AI landing zone with chat interface, plus options for RAG and MCP for grounded answers and safe tool access. Also included: agent and workflow interface, AI observability, MLOps and LLMOps, as well as dedicated LLM gateway or server if required. We handle hosting, setup, monitoring, operation, lifecycle governance and integration into your enterprise environment. Conversation history is kept by default, so your people can pick up where they left off. What is logged and for how long is configured based on your requirements.
Where organizations start with AI.
Our three AI pillars can be combined, and most organizations arrive from one of three situations.
Organizations with workplace AI users
You want AI in the everyday work of your people, governed and auditable rather than improvised, without building or staffing the platform yourself.
We offer
- Managed AI Platform for the chat interface, retrieval over your own data, and agents that run multi-step processes.
- Model as a Service for the API access and LLMs underneath.
ISVs with software development using AI
You build software and want AI features in your products, with the sovereignty your customers expect, predictable costs, and freedom from dependence on providers under foreign jurisdiction.
We offer
- Managed AI Platform as your development center.
- Model as a Service for the inference inside your product.
- GPU as a Service for special and self-managed LLMs.
Organizations lacking AI infrastructure
You have the in-house know-how to build and run AI workloads, but not the compute capacity, or nowhere to run it where your data is allowed to go.
We offer
- Model as a Service for the inference you do not want to host yourself.
- GPU as a Service for training, fine-tuning, and self-managed LLMs.
