ELCA Group Sustainability Report 2024
The ESG@ELCA unit aligns sustainability efforts with the Group’s strategy, overseeing initiatives and publishing both the Sustainability and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Reports. Global programs like “Team for the Planet” are coordinated centrally, while subsidiaries lead local efforts, fostering employee ownership and community engagement.
The ELCA Group’s Sustainability Report 2024 offers a comprehensive overview of our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, reflecting the values and actions of over 2,300 employees across five continents. This year’s report emphasizes two focal points: the ELCA Group Materiality Assessment, which identifies strategic priorities through internal and external analysis as well as the reporting of concrete actions and results in 2024.
The ELCA Group GHG Report 2024 details emissions across scopes 1 (direct), 2 (energy-related), and 3 (indirect, including supply chain and commuting), setting behavioral targets for future reductions.
