HIFI FILTER chooses Microsoft Dynamics 365 to boost productivity

Thanks to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP), HIFI FILTER has deployed a modern, integrated solution that has increased their distribution production capacity by 30 to 40%.

HIFI FILTER specializes in filtration solutions for mobile equipment and industrial processes. For 40 years now, HIFI FILTER has been distributing a range of 70,000 filter references in 160 countries.

The integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP.

In order to support their strong growth, HIFI FILTER has chosen to equip themselves with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and fully integrate their end-to-end processes, from customer acquisition, order placement to goods shipment. The Microsoft CRM and ERP solution was implemented jointly with ELCA in two sites.

The solution implemented with ELCA allows HIFI FILTER to standardize their processes for all companies within the group and achieve productivity gains. 

With this project, HIFI FILTER aimed to manage the company at the group level, in particular by historizing and consolidating data, which enabled them to benefit from very powerful, close to real-time reporting, allowing them to optimize their operations and take real time, strategic decisions. 

From a technical aspect, the objective was to transition from an obsolete IT environment to an integrated innovative environment with full connected ERP and CRM.

A challenging project.

The commitment of HIFI FILTER to its customers is to deliver 100% of the orders within 24 hours.

From the operational point of view, HIFI Filter and ELCA had to ensure that the deployment did not impact the company's activity while allowing them to increase their shipping volumes.
Thanks to Dynamics 365, HIFI FILTER has increased the reliability of their deliveries by integrating a control and labeling process into the order preparation method. The integration of Dynamics 365 with the conveyor system allowed a gain from 30 to 40% in production capacity. The project also helped improve the working conditions of the employees, as well as the ergonomics at the workstation level.
