A luxury goods group faced the introduction of a new authentication process to reduce system access times.
ELCA's people-centered approach to change management enabled the transformation, optimization and facilitation of a new industrialization process, guaranteeing a smooth transition and a real impact on the operational and human side of the company.
A global luxury goods company operating in over 150 locations set out to standardize its authentication processes to improve security and efficiency. But aligning diverse manufacturing sites with different habits and workflows proved more than a technical challenge—it was a behavioral shift.
In a context of successive IT changes over several years, this did not prove fruitful and led to a degree of mistrust on the part of employees. As employees were not an integral part of the change, they felt disconnected and the momentum slowed.
Unable to find a solution in a short timeframe, the company partnered with ELCA to study and design a new approach, which placed people at the center of change.

This approach turned Champions into catalysts—bridging the gap between global goals and local realities.
The results spoke for themselves:
What began as a compliance initiative evolved into a people-led transformation—driven from within.

At ELCA, we believe that meaningful transformation is only possible when employees are part of the journey. In this project, we didn’t just guide the change—we helped embed it through those closest to the work.
By enabling internal advocates, we ensured the change was not only adopted—but embraced.
If you're ready to empower your people and lead change from the inside out, let’s talk.
