Talent Acquisition specialist (8 months contract)
In this role
- Selecting and evaluating applications
- Leading interviews in French and English
- Searching for and approaching suitable candidates
- Creating and maintaining requirement profiles and publishing job ads
- Partner with hiring managers and head of operations to understand our recruitment needs
- Build and maintain effective partnerships and positive relationships with candidates, colleagues, and hiring managers
- Ensure that the process and the final hiring decision is properly handled in a timely manner

About your profile
- You have completed higher education or a specialized HR education followed by minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment
- You have acquired a good experience in an IT recruitment agency or an inhouse experience in an IT company
- You are familiar to social media and you are interested in technology and the IT field
- In addition, you are an organizational talent and your strengths are social skills, reliability, strong ability to work in a team and independent, pragmatically working style
- You have excellent communication skills in French and English
- You have an ability to multi-task
